Modern Warfare 2 Campaign Remastered Trailer And Other Info Has Leaked Via Germany PlayStation Store
Thank you PlayStation Germany Store for finally leaking some official news about Modern Warfare 2 Remastered. And while it’s just the campaign, it’s better than nothing. Everything else has been speculation. According to the store listing, we are expecting Modern Warfare 2 Campaign Remastered, tomorrow March 31. And while we can all hope that we get multiplayer as well, it doesn’t look like it’s happening… YET.
The legal language on the trailer says “contains the campaign mode from the original Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 only; multiplayer and cooperative modes not included.” BUUUUT you’re saying it’s coming? It’s there, just not included? I’ll take it.

While I want to get all gung-ho about MW2 Campaign Remastered, I don’t care too much to be honest. I don’t see myself spending $30 and downloading 45GB to play it again. The only thing that really made it move during the trailer was Soap and Price reuniting. What a dynamic duo.
Rumor has it that Activision has had MW2 Remastered ready for quite a while now. What a better time to drop it than now. I don’t get why all companies aren’t taking advantage of us practicing social distancing, and staying the fuck inside. You’ll make a killing. Just give us a new game to distract us from this boredom.
I’ll be sitting here, waiting patiently for MW2 Multiplayer. That’s a game I’ll play. I’m ready for the camp fest to start again. I’m ready to get drilled with cross map noob tubes. And I will fucking cry if we only get maps added to Modern Warfare. I just wanna see what the remaster will look like.
