It Took Only Five Days For Grifter Losers To Call DOOM: The Dark Ages “Woke”

I don’t know what you fucking morons want from video games anymore.

In case you just tuned back in to the blog, we got a nice lil first look at DOOM: The Dark Ages the other day. It looks awesome, and many, many people agree with that sentiment.

However, because we live in a world that – in my opinion, would be vastly improved by a giant meteor hitting it or perhaps maybe a biblical flood that forces us to restart humanity completely – a bunch of people on the internet’s biggest mistake of a platform area already grasping at straws to find ways to call the game “woke” for clickbait.

Observe!

Holy shit somebody please release a nuke of an EMP upon the world that eradicates the internet altogether. I feel like I’m truly taking crazy pills here that people are logging onto Al Gore’s internet and typing “DOOM IS WOKE” because it has difficulty sliders and a girl with a somewhat pronounced jawline in it.

This is what really kills me on a weekly basis at this point. Every week I try to come up with an agenda for the podcast, and of course I’ll search into the week’s gaming news. 80% of it is fake, manufactured, bullshit drama centered around the ideology of video games and what’s “woke” and what isn’t, and it’s boring me to tears. I’m begging you all to get jobs or a social life, get off the internet, and lead a life that will lead you to actually having some real problems or stressors or SOMETHING, ANYTHING interesting to talk about.

Rant over, sorry bout that. Time to go play some video games. Love ya!

Also, Tiggy, you owe me another beer.
