Bioware Wants You To Voice A Character In Mass Effect: Andromeda #ExplorersWanted
You’re an explorer. You’ve always wondered what it would be like to see the stars and discover new worlds. While we can’t physically send you to space, we can send your voice to Andromeda. Starting September 12, 2016 at 6 PM GMT, we’re giving you the chance to voice a character in an upcoming Mass Effect video game. #ExplorersWanted -Bioware
Hoooooooooooooleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee SHIT.
The benevolent cherub angel unicorns at BioWare are letting two fans voice NPCs in the Mass Effect Andromeda. BioWare has already released the scripts, and have invited Mass Effect fans to share recordings of themselves acting them out. Bioware will then judge the entries based judged on voice, performance quality, and how well the style matches the Mass Effect franchise. If you win, you’ll get to hitch a ride to a BioWare recording studio in London, LA or Edmonton, Canada, and record your parts for real.
I’ll have you know right now that I’m absolutely entering this, and I’m gonna win. Have you heard me on the Roll4Adventure podcast? My voice is like audible chocolate. I can’t imagine a person I’d rather hear than me in a Mass Effect game. This is how we sell out. First, a voice acting contest, next, a fleet of jetskis and a driveway sponsored by Range Rover. Now if you’ll excuse me, I have a “Tough Mercenary” voice to work on. #PrayForDom
You can check out the full contest details right here, and then you can follow us at @WickedGoodGaming to give me words of encouragement.
