Nintendo Switch 2 Announced: Everything We Know So Far

The worst kept secret in video games has finally been revealed, and this time it wasn’t by a peripheral manufacturer or Nintendo leaker. Nintendo finally let the cat out of the no-longer-existent bag!

Ladies and gentlemen, the Nintendo Switch 2.

We don’t have many other (confirmed) details, but the nifty little teaser here does say that it’s designed to play both Switch 1 and 2 titles, and that we’ll hear more in a Nintendo Direct on April 2nd.

The Nintendo Switch is one of the best selling consoles of all time, so it’ll definitely have huge shoes (docks) to fill, but if the rumors and speculations about the system’s performance are true, then it’s very possible that lightning could strike twice for Nintendo – and they could beat themselves at their own game.
