NickEh30 Accused of Cheating in $500k Charity Streamer Bowl

Fortnite personalities and NFL players joined forces yesterday for charity. Fortnite streamer NickEh30, and Minnesota Vikings Tight End, David Morgan, teamed up for the $500k Charity Fortnite Streamer Bowl. When the duo found themselves slipping down the leader boards they decided to get creative.

Teams were given designated landing zones that they were allowed to land in. And landing outside of them would be a rule break. Nick and Morgan decided to land outside of their designated area and sneak up to kill another duo.

The rules for the Streamer Bowl are as followed:

– First broken rule: Verbal warning
– Second broken rule: Four points deducted from total points
– Third broken rule: All points revoked and team removed from event

I never condone cheating and i’ll never stick up for it. And I know people around the internet are going to have mixed opinions, like they always do. But let me say this. I don’t care what the tournament is. I don’t care how much money is on the line. If you tell me i’m allowed one broken rule for just a slap on the wrist, I’m breaking that rule. But, is it a little different for a charity stream? I think a little bit. Granted, all the money is going to charity, and any amount helps. Instead of cheating another player out of money, you’re cheating an organization with people who need it. There are 16 teams, and everyone will have money generated for the charity of their choice. Ranging from 1st place being $125k, and 11-16 being $7500.

It’s not enough to hate the guy by any means. But I can see why people are pissed.
