Moments like these, we’ve all had them. Whether it’s a game that is single player, multiplayer, massively multiplayer, or otherwise. Something happens that you can’t readily explain, maybe it was a great play on purpose, maybe it was sheer dumb luck, but when the elation takes over and you gotta just shout it from the rooftops and grab your cameraphone to record it offscreen… That’s when you know you’ve got a gem on your hands.

The joy. The editing. The captions. The camera quality. It’s all here and it’s all emblematic of that sweet, sweet early 2000’s gaming nostalgia that we’ll likely never get back.

I truly believe that people need to start recording more videos with their phones OF THEIR SCREENS again and cut it out with the over edited montages and clips. I need raw emotion, passion, and heart in these clips… Not just a contest to see who can have the best load out or thumbnails. Let’s get back to what made these clips so great in the first place… Substance over style.
