Head Into The Weekend With The Elder Scrolls Online’s Waking Flame DLC Trailer
QuakeCon is officially on, and there’s been lots of news in the mix already.
Yesterday, the impossibly handsome Rich Lambert (Creative Director of ESO) and Matt Firor – studio head at ZeniMax Online Studios, took the stage from an impeccably designed living room-esque set to talk about the latest happenings in Tamriel.
The biggest highlight was the reveal of The Elder Scrolls Online: Waking Flame DLC, which picks up right where the main story in The Elder Scrolls Online: Blackwood leaves off, and continues the Gates of Oblivion year of content.

Matt Firor says it best in their panel (full version available here), “it’s always the best time to start the game”. ESO has consistently been delivering super exciting year-long RPG experiences for a strong period of time now, and I’ve basically been talking myself hoarse to anybody who will listen for years now that they need to try it if they haven’t already.
With a ton of new additions, graphical improvements, and updates coming, The Elder Scrolls Online – the award–winning online RPG set in the Elder Scrolls universe by the good folks at Bethesda and ZeniMax Online Studios – is only getting started.
The Elder Scrolls Online: Waking Flame DLC brings two new dungeons to ESO on Aug. 23rd for PC/MAC and Stadia, and Sept. 8 for consoles. Players can try ESO now through Aug. 30 during the Free Play Event.
