Official Dates Have Been Revealed for E3’s Big Return in 2023
As we’ve previously reported here, E3 is primed for a massive comeback show in 2023.
Once previously thought done for good, E3 dropped an Undertaker gif on the industry’s heads and has now unveiled its dates for next year via an official press release.
E3, the legendary gaming industry event, returns to the Los Angeles Convention Center for a four-day expo from Tuesday, June 13 through Friday, June 16, 2023. Partnered digital events and showcases will precede the show starting June 11.
E3 Business Days will take place June 13 – 15, with the general public welcome for E3 Gamer Days on June 15 and 16. Throughout the show, certain halls and spaces will be reserved for registered game industry professionals, including developers, publishers, distributors, and the gaming media. When consumers join the celebration on June 15, spectacular booths and a dedicated theater offering deep-dive looks at highly anticipated titles await.

ReedPop is the company masterminding E3 2023’s big comeback, and have some of the industry’s most electric events on their resume – from PAX to EGX to New York Comic-Con and Star Wars Celebration and beyond. ReedPop’s VP of Gaming, Kyle Marsden-Kish, seems absolutely stoked to be breathing new life into the legendary event, adding this quote to the date announcement release:
E3 is one of the global gaming industry’s few opportunities to come together, unite as one loud voice, and show the world what it is creating. Our vision is to reunite the industry by re-establishing the traditional E3 week, bring back that spark, and restore E3’s role as a truly magical global showcase event for game creators and consumers.
Kyle Marsden-Kish, VP of Gaming – ReedPop
I cannot be more excited for E3 to return. Some of my most cherished gaming memories involved sitting around my buddy’s living room TV and sharing in the hype and passion with fans around the world as new games were teased and announced. I was incredibly sad when rumors had begun to spread about E3 potentially going the way of the dinosaurs, so seeing them lead the charge for big-time gaming events in 2023 makes me hopeful to rekindle that passion once again.
No word on ticket availability just yet, but fans are encouraged to follow E3 on Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram for updates.
