Microsoft’s “Project Scorpio” Is Literally Just Gonna Be Called “Xbox Scorpio”
Apparently Microsoft’s new console, which has been referred to as “Project Scorpio” by the masses, will actually be called the “Scorpio” upon launch after all. A flyer from Best Buy Canada includes an image (show below) that absolutely confirms the console name.
To spice things up even more, Geoff Keighley has now suggested that Scorpio will retail at $499. Microsoft’s E3 show starts later on today, so we’ll know a whole lot more really, really soon.
I can now say with confidence Project Scorpio is $499. Unless something changes today, that is what will be announced.
