Listen, I’m not a “gotcha” guy. I’m not an “I told you so” guy. But I am a “when are you gonna stop messing around and listen to us for once?” guy.

Since the Xbox Series S announcement yesterday, a lot of folks were wondering how far behind the Series X announcement was. Since the official pricing announcements confirmed what a lot of rumors had already suggested, many figured “well hey – that must mean the Series X leaks are correct too”.

So there you have it. Xbox has all their chips on the table, and when you factor in their All Access financing plan (which is literally cheaper than buying the console and GamePass together) – they have the most competitive and probably one of the most attractive launches of next-gen console hardware ever. What do you think about these price points? Are you still holding off this console generation, or are you itching to spring for a new console on day one? Yell at us Twitter at @WickedGoodGames.
