25 Days of Wicked Good Christmas: World of Warcraft’s Feast of Winter Veil Begins Tomorrow

There are many MMOs and ongoing games that incorporate annual holiday-themed events, but my all-time favorite is World of Warcraft’s Feast of Winter Veil.

Before we get into that though – you know the drill folks. Get a sweater! We’re donating the money this THURSDAY, which means you’ve got like two more blogs after this. This is almost your final chance!

During the Feast of Winter Veil event, there are eleven specific Achievements in-game to complete, this year ranging from tomorrow (12/16) to Christmas Day (12/25).

Those who have enough juice in the Clausometer to complete all the achievements will earn the title “Merrymaker”, which will appear as “Merry [Character Name]” on your title card.

During this event, players do lots of merry activities such as pelting each other with snowball, going on holiday-themed quests, and hanging out with Greatfather Winter (World of Warcraft’s version of Santa Claus).

Once the event starts tomorrow, just head to Ironforge or Orgrimmar to get your holiday party started. WoWHead’s Feast of Winter Veil guide has tons more detail and info on how to get all the presents you deserve under your in-game tree, so check them out if you need more info.
