It’s been a long week, but we’re heading into a long weekend, work is finally done, so sit back and watch one of the greatest sports victories of all time.

Chills on chills every single time.

Say what you want about Ash, say he wasn’t a great trainer, say he was given too many badges and wins out of pity, say he had more Pokémon following him around than actually listening to him… But at the end of the day, he got his hardware, and that’s all that matters. There’s plenty more trainers who probably battled better, traded more shrewdly, and never won a chip.

I’m a “no ring, no entry” type of guy most of the time (MOST OF THE TIME) when it comes to sports HOF conversations, and I think it’s safe to say that Ash has cemented his place.
