Call of Duty: Warzone Had Over 6 Million Players In Its First 24 Hours.. Fortnite Where You At?

Wait a minute. Is that good? 6 MILLION players in the first 24 hours? To put it into perspective, Apex Legends had ~2.5 million, and Fortnite had a little over 1 million. But the dead game, Call of Duty, strolls in and 6x’s Fortnite? Hmmmm.

I’m genuinely enjoying this BR so far. My biggest fear was that Warzone was going to come out and it wasn’t going to feel like the CoD we knew. But I was wrong. It still most definitely does. With a map 4x the size of Blackout, you’d think that it would be the most boring, and slow paced game of all time. But with bounties you are able to stay busy, and wrack up some coin that you’ll need down the road in-game. Granted there are 70 more players – but a map that much larger than it’s last BR, I was a little nervous. I don’t have the most patience.

I’m not gonna sit here and act like it’s all sunshine and rainbows though. There are things that need work. There are still glitchy times, the servers are still eh, and the sound is dog shit. But it’s all fixable.
