FIFA 20 Qualifiers Decided By Rock, Paper, Scissors, When Players Couldn’t Connect

After a weekend of fucked up servers, you can say that EA had a pretty rough one. That was until two professional FIFA players (Brandsha56 and Hasoo) said they were forced to settle an official qualifier match during the FUT Champions Cup V, with a game of Rock, Paper, Scissors. This was because of once again.. server issues. The issues prevented the players from creating their online match. So.. with that being said. You can say that EA has the worst weekend ever, because people are PISSED. Even if it isn’t true, people just love to hate EA lately.

FIFA pro Shaun Galea jumped over to Twitter to tell us how he felt about the situation.

EA has since issued a statement.

Prime example of the internet being the internet. Because the game of Rock, Paper, Scissors, spread like wildfire and it didn’t even happen. They both got eliminated due to their subsequent matches after both being given a loss on the game that they couldn’t connect to. I’m not saying it’s right, because i’d be livid, but I’m saying it makes sense. Because people would be exploiting that like a mother fucker and just cruising into money.

Still funny because EA can’t seem to do anything right, right now. And the internet is letting them know..
